PentaCon have purchased a highly sought after industrial strata unit just off Park Road at 43 Lang Parade.

The company inquired off a small lease listing months earlier and after weighing up many options, decided instead to purchase in order to set up their Brisbane headquarters in Milton.

Sean O’Connor worked closely with the civil contracting firm for the better part of six months, canvassing owners in an effort to find them the right building. Industrial strata units (for sale) are extremely hard to come by in the Milton area and it proved quite a challenge especially when all suitable vacant properties were for lease only.

Once found, the deal was negotiated quite quickly and the property sold in September at a solid market price for $750,000 ($3,303 psqm).

PentaCon are a local civil contracting firm, delivering infrastructure development projects across Queensland.
