Arbor Operations Cuts Deal for Industrial Site
Leading tree maintenance company Arbor Operations has secured an industrial yard at Zillmere in Brisbane’s north for their new Queensland headquarters.
The company has leased premises at 469 Zillmere Road, Zillmere, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Paul Anderson.
Paul Anderson said the site located approximately 12km north of the Brisbane CBD offered approximately 16,000 sqm of hardstand, with a 500 sqm clearspan warehouse and a 150 sqm office suite.
“Industrial yards of this size are difficult to source, particularly one so conveniently located next to railway lines,” Mr Anderson said.
“Arbor Operations was seeking larger premises and is relocating from nearby Banyo.”
Zillmere is situated in the centre of the northside of Brisbane between Sandgate and Gympie Roads, allowing excellent access to all northern arterial routes, the Gateway Motorway, Brisbane Airport and the Port of Brisbane.
Arbor Operations has taken out a three year lease at a gross rental of $120,000 per annum.
