Commercial deals highlight continued Logan appeal

AN owner-occupier has snapped up a freestanding facility in Loganholme and Challenge Employment and Training have signed a lease deal in Slacks Creek as the appeal for commercial and industrial sites in Logan continued.

6 Dulwich Street (above) was sold for $700,000, offered 550sq m* GFA on 1,161sq m* of land, and attracted multiple offers throughout the campaign.

1/9 Cronulla Court (below) was a corporate office/warehouse facility with 500sq m* building area, came with ample parking, and a lease term of two years with a one-year option was signed.

The deals were marketed and completed by Ray White Industrial Milton Sales and Leasing Executive Lachie Hale.

Mr Hale said the appetite for commercial and industrial businesses to find premises in Logan continued and would only get stronger.

“The purchaser for Dulwich Street was a local owner-occupier who was looking to expand to a larger space to allow his business to grow and develop,” Mr Hale said.

“The tenant for Cronulla Court was Challenge Employment and Training, they were looking to expand and move into a larger space in the Logan Corridor.”
