Industrial Strata Unit At Eagle Farm, Brisbane, Leased

Active Minerals Moves to Eagle Farm

International resources group Active Minerals has secured an industrial strata unit for its Australian headquarters at Eagle Farm in the established Trade Coast precinct in Brisbane’s inner north.

The property at 6/160 Fison Avenue, Eagle Farm, was leased in a deal negotiated by Dan Costello of Ray White Industrial Milton. Dan Costello said the company was relocating to the Eagle Farm unit from premises in Teneriffe.

“This Eagle Farm property offers a highly functional modern concrete tilt panel warehouse/office facility just 15 minutes from the Brisbane CBD with direct access to the Gateway Motorway, the Port of Brisbane and Brisbane Airport,” he said.

“There’s a floor area of 460 sqm with corporate office space over two levels and a clearspan high bay warehouse accessed via a container height roller door.

“The property also has excellent exposure to a busy street, ample car parking and great truck access.”

Active Minerals has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of approximately $67,000 per annum.
