Massive Australia TradeCoast Site for Lease

One of the largest general use industrial sites in Brisbane at Pinkenba in the Australia TradeCoast precinct is available for lease through Ray White Industrial Milton in conjunction with CBRE Brisbane.

The property at 692 Curtin Avenue, Pinkenba, is being marketed by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Paul Anderson and CBRE Brisbane’s Dan Munnich and Nick Witheriff.

Paul Anderson said the approximately 52,770 sqm site is in a superior location within the fast growing and dynamic TradeCoast precinct and offers a wide range of leasing opportunities.

“The Australia TradeCoast precinct is the largest employment zone in Queensland after the Brisbane CBD,” Paul Anderson said.

“We have a highly motivated vendor for this property who has set aggressive asking rentals.

“The available configurations include the whole property which features approximately 16,923 sqm of gross lettable area (GLA) over three detached warehouses.

“The three warehouses can be leased separately and they offer respectively a GLA of 11,676 sqm (Building A), 2,696 sqm (Building B) and 2,551 sqm (Building C). There is also an option to lease Buildings A and C on a 38,521 sqm site.

“All buildings have 3 phase power and air-conditioned commercial office components as well as scope to drive through. There are gantry cranes and wash bay facilities in Building A.”

Mr Munnich said the property is currently leased by a motor vehicle auction business until August, 2015.

“There is a current approval to the site for a sales and display yard,” he said.

Mr Witheriff said the site is ideally located on the corner of Curtin Ave and Holt Street with direct access to Kingsford Smith Drive.

“This property is in a superb location just a few minutes to the Brisbane airport precinct, the Gateway Motorway Network, the Airport Link Tunnel and Inner City Bypass as well as sea ports and the Brisbane CBD,” he said.

Pinkenba is approximately 10km east of the Brisbane CBD and is close to amenities and retail precincts such as DFO, Portside Wharf and Racecourse Road, Ascot.
