Murarrie Corporate Office/Warehouse a Good Fit for UMS
Leading uniform manufacturer and supplier UMS has secured a new corporate headquarters close to the Gateway Arterial Network at Murarrie in Brisbane’s Trade Coast precinct through Ray White Industrial Milton.
The warehouse/office complex at 2/205 Queensport Road, Murarrie, was leased to UMS in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton Principal Stephen Ferguson.
UMS specialises in custom made uniforms for schools and workplaces across Australia.
Stephen Ferguson said UMS, which also has a factory in Adelaide, had been seeking to relocate from premises at Wynnum to accommodate its growing business.
“This building at Queensport Rd was ideal for UMS as it offered an 805 sqm warehouse with large container height roller door access and a 405 sqm A grade office over two levels,” he said.
“The site is located in the “Rivergate Mariner” precinct which is known for its excellent amenity.
“It is extremely well located just off Lytton Rd, and is only a few minutes from the Gateway Arterial Network, giving it excellent access to the Brisbane CBD, Port of Brisbane and Brisbane Airport.”
UMS has taken out a 5 + 5 year lease at a net rental of $181,975 per annum which equates to $145 per sqm
