Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
Property Investment Group has secured commercial space in the ‘Savoir Faire’ office complex on popular Park Road, Milton, in Brisbane’s inner west.
The property at 25/20 Park Rd, Milton, was leased in a deal negotiated by Alex Smith of Ray White Industrial Milton.
Alex Smith said the tenant is a new business which has chosen to operate from the Milton commercial and café precinct.
“The tenants have leased approximately 234 sqm of open and partitioned offices over a single floor,” he said.
“This is the only office level in this building with an external balcony and walkway entrance adjoining nearby retailers and restaurants in the heart of Park Rd.
“The property has fully ducted air-conditioning and swipe card access to the floor.”
Alex Smith said the marketing campaign for the property generated plenty of positive feedback on the building.
“As well as being located in one of Brisbane’s iconic restaurant precincts, the complex is just a short walk from Milton Railway Station and is approximately 2km west of the Brisbane CBD,” he said.
Property Investment Group has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a gross rental of approximately $60,000 per annum.
