Security Firm Secures New Office
An office unit in the heart of the Milton commercial precinct in Brisbane’s inner west has been sold by Ray White Industrial Milton.
The 164 sqm property at 1/31 Black Street, Milton, was sold to a private security training firm for $507,000 by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Sean O’Connor and Matthew Dickinson on behalf of a private owner.
Sean O’Connor said the unit had been on the market with other agencies for more than six months but Ray White Industrial Milton negotiated a sale within a week of being given the listing.
“This unit is located in the McDonald’s and Office Works precinct of Milton,” Sean O’Connor said.
“We received significant interest in the property and there has been a shortage of office space for sale in that area.”
Matthew Dickinson said the sale price represented a rate per sqm of $3,091.
“The purchaser intends to owner-occupy the property,” he said.
