Slacks Creek Industrial Investment Sold for $1.5 Million
An industrial investment opportunity on a Pacific Highway service road location complex at Slacks Creek, south of Brisbane, has been sold by Ray White Industrial Milton for $1.5 million.
The property at 3485 Pacific Highway, Slacks Creek, was sold to a Brisbane-based investor by Jaems Balfour of Ray White Industrial Milton on behalf of Doubleville Pty Ltd for a yield of 7.7 per cent.
Jaems Balfour said the complex of seven industrial besser brick units is fully leased with long term tenants in a lettable area of 1,397 sqm on a 3,392 sqm land parcel.
“The vendor had put the property on the market for a matter of weeks when we managed to secure a quick cash contract,” he said.
“The sale continues to demonstrate the aggressive nature of buyers in the sub $2 million range in the southern corridor, with opportunities like this few and far between.”
Jaems Balfour said the seven industrial tenancies range in size from 155 sqm to 436 sqm and the site allows for container and truck loading.
“This complex offers great value in a prime location,” he said.
Slacks Creek is located in the Logan Centre Business Area, which comprises growing retail businesses, industrial and commercial offices.
