Ultra Tune Fixes in on Eagle Farm Warehouse
Australian-owned auto service company Ultra Tune has leased a warehouse/office complex at Eagle Farm in Brisbane’s TradeCoast precinct for its latest Queensland service centre.
Ultra Tune has secured B/109 Links Avenue, Eagle Farm, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Paul Anderson and Ray White Commercial Queensland’s Dan Costello.
Paul Anderson said: “Links Avenue South always attracts tenants, it’s a nice wide street and connects Curtin and Fison Avenues and provides users with superb accessibility to Kingsford Smith Drive and the Gateway Motorway.”
Dan Costello said the property offered a building area of approximately 709 sqm with commercial grade offices over two levels.
“This property is on a great site and the location offers convenience to the tenant as it is just minutes to the Brisbane airport precinct, the CBD and sea ports,” he said.
Ultra Tune has taken out a 5+5 year lease at a net rental of $56,720 per annum.
