A modern, tilt-panel warehouse/office unit in one of Brisbane’s thriving northern industrial hubs, Checkpoint Business Park, has been sold by Ray White Industrial Milton for $415,000.
The vacant premises at 9/368 Earnshaw Road, Banyo, was sold to Maxtrax, a Queensland based business, by Paul Anderson of Ray White Industrial Milton on behalf of by Australand, one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups.
Paul Anderson said Australand has increased the good rapport between the two companies by recently appointing Ray White Industrial Milton as marketing agent to Checkpoint Business Park.
