Warehouse/Office At Eagle Farm, Brisbane, Leased

United Petroleum Move to Eagle Farm

Australia’s fastest growing independent petrol company United Petroleum has moved into one of Brisbane’s thriving northern industrial precincts.

The company has leased a warehouse-office facility at 7/300 Cullen Avenue, Eagle Farm, in a deal negotiated by Dan Costello from Ray White Industrial Milton.

United Petroleum, which has moved from Murarrie to Eagle Farm, has secured a three-year lease with an option of an additional three years for net rental of $51,360 per annum plus GST.

United Petroleum is a highly regarded within the elite service station business, rising above companies such as Caltex, BP, Mobil and Shell to achieve CANSTAR’s “Most satisfied customers – Service Stations” and “Best priced petrol” award since 2011.

Dan Costello says the negotiations were a swift process considering the small period of time that Ray White Industrial Milton was handling the negotiations.

“The property had been on the market for lease for a period of six months before our agency was appointed exclusive agents,” he said.

“On first inspection it did not make sense that the property had received minimal enquiry with only a couple of inspections at the time.”

“The campaign selected was simple and straightforward, as the 321-sqm-warehouse unit with an additional high-market, two-story office facility could basically sell itself with the right marketing.

“With eight inspections in total, the negotiations were completed approximately one month after Ray White Industrial took over.”
